Subject: NOBS WORLD FEBRUARY 2ND  AGM/ 6 NATIONS/ FT. LAUDERDALE

Good afternoon to everyone in the NOBS World.  Happy Ground Hog Day; the day the NOB sticks his head out the pub door to discover it's still winter!

The NOBS AGM was held back on Sunday, January 25th.  For the first time in memory, we had an election for president!  When the dust had settled, our new president was Chuck Schandl.  Vice president: Dave Tait.  Secretary: Kevin Bloska.  Treasurer: Rolf Thomas.  Fixtures: Tim Ellis.  Members at large, Mike Howes and Derick Wiggins.  Well done to all of them.

I have a new boss here at the NOBS World headquarters.  I asked Mr. Bloska if I was to be kept on and after some thought he said, "You can continue on for now, but at a pay level lower."  You get paid for this?

Word has reached us here that the  6 Nations begins this Friday and the games will be shown in the Centaurs Clubhouse.  You can go to the Centaurs web page for a complete schedule.  No idea of the cost, but when we know, we will pass it on.  Let's hope we see none of this, this year.

Plans are full steam ahead for the upcoming tour to Ft Lauderdale, but Tim Ellis said there are still some spots open.  If your interested contact Tim Ellis at timothy.ellis@sympatico.ca

That's it; touch is still on Sundays.  The recent snow should make things interesting.  See outside, Da Thug
