Sent to all Centaur members:

This is to advice you that effective immediately ALL change rooms are now closed until further notice.

The City driven inspections have determined that the 2nd set of rooms are also now contaminated and for health reasons must not be used until the problem is resolved.

The city will attempt to expedite the clean up process, however at this time we have no information regarding an estimated time of completion.  The club executive are working with them to hasten the project along.

This puts a major crimp in our requirements, there is nothing more we can do about it for now.

The downstairs room with the toilets is currently open.

Thank you all for your cooperation and please apologize to all our many out of city guests.

Regards,

NOBS WORLD, NOVEMBER 1ST.

Good evening rugby fans, from the Nobs World Headquarters.  There is lots going on this Cup Week.  Both the Cru and the Centaurs are playing this weekend at the Square on Saturday while the Nobs are just to the south, playing in Markham in the Oldboys Cup Day game at 10:30am.  That's right; 10:30 AM!!  Lots of time to get a game in with your mates, have a beer and some grub, then scoot on up to the Square, only minutes away and cheer on you're favourite team.  We will be car pooling from Burlington, leaving at 9am.   I have received word from the Centaurs that there is a bus leaving from Burlington to travel up to the Square.  Departure times are yet to be determined.  Pretty sure the Cru will doing the same.  I have been asked to pass on a public service announcement about touch on Sundays.  We have booked the artificial turf next to the dome to use over the winter.  There is a cost involved that we are required to pay.  For all of us who come out each Sunday it is $5.  In the big scheme of things it is less than a beer, but for some reason people still try to duck out on it.   Like our old Emperor For Life would say, please pay and sleep easy!!  Last thing for now; you probably have heard this from Rolf, the fall internationals get under way this Saturday with 3 games on tap in Burlington.  So you've got no reason to stay home this weekend and collect dust, big day for rugby this Saturday.  Oh yes, touch is on this Sunday and every Sunday till May.  Put that fiver away and bring it out to play!!!  See ya some time over the weekend, Da Thug
