I know that I had heard from a number of you, on how disappointed you were on the dinner / dance cancellation.  Well….you’ll be please to know things will be rocking and rolling in the Centaurs Clubhouse on April 12^th.

Hi everyone

 

As you know, the dinner/dance has been canceled but we have a back-up plan.  There is a 70's/80's night planned at the Burlington Clubhouse on Saturday, April 12 with John Leckie spinning the platters for your musical enjoyment.  (This is not a dress-up).

 

There will be light nibblies (peanuts, chips, etc.).

 

Hope to see you there--come out and enjoy the evening!

TUEDAY NIGHTS DOME

Just let everyone know that tonight March 25th is the last evening on Tuesdays we will be using Dome#2.  Starting next week April 1st we will be moving to Dome #1; continuing through April, 8,15 &22.  Da Thug

NOBS WORLD MARCH 7TH 2014 "NOBS & SODS"

Good afternoon to everyone in the NOBS World.  Just another reminder of the Wales / England game this Sunday at 11am in the Centaurs clubhouse, followed by touch in which we ask everyone to bring a white and red jersey and we try to re-create the action earlier in the day.  Touch gets underway around 1pm, weather is looking promising.

 

Pope John wants me to remind you that tickets for our ladies appreciation night, April 12^th at the Burlington Lions Club are now on sale and moving at a good pace.  You can see John or Bob Cunningham for your tickets.

 

The dues for 2014 are now set and can be paid anytime now.

Good afternoon to everyone all across the NOBS World.  Touch continues on throughout the winter and next Sunday it’s one of those great Canadian traditions the “Double, Double.”  That’s right; this Sunday, 6 Nations Rugby and then an opportunity to show your stuff out on the pitch.  There’s an invitation from our Pope John below inviting everyone to come on out. Won’t be long till I receive an email from Dai Paul, explaining he won’t be available Sunday as he will be  in the UK. To take in the England / Wales tilt.  Da Thug

Calling all Nobs for this Sunday!  Eleven o'clock start in the clubhouse for the Wales/England Six Nations rugby game.  The fun continues after the game with touch being played on the outside pitch at 1:00 pm.  Bring a red and white shirt to continue the theme.  Light nibblies after touch.  The weather forecast looks to be fantastic.  Come out and start your suntan--looking forward to seeing you all out.
