Craig, can you send out to the masses;

I am organizing the 2016 Nob's tour to Ft. Lauderdale for Ruggerefest February 19th to 21st. This is the 40th anniversary of the tourney and organizers are planning on making it bigger and better than ever. We are registered again in the 45+ division but the age limit is approximate. For details on the tourney see link below
http://www.ftlruggerfest.com/

I have reserved a block of rooms at the Ocean Sky Hotel and Resort. The rates are the same as last year $189 for double occupancy, $199 for triple occupancy, and $209 for quad occupancy.
http://www.oceanskyresort.com/

I am arranging a commemorative kit for the 40th anniversary, Jersey, shorts and socks. The jerseys will be personalized with name and number. The cost will be $92 plus tax. Please include in your email if you are interested in the commemorative kit.

Flights are each individuals responsibility with most arriving on Thursday the 18th and departing Monday the 22nd. I highly recommend booking early to get the flight you want, I know a few have already booked.

As I did last year I (Eric Andre) will create a tour only email group so we can share flight details, roommate selections etc. If you are interested please send me an email and I will include you in the email group.

Thanks
Tim

Craig/Eric could whichever of you picks this up first send the following to the NOBS list asap

A reminder that Bob Nye has invited all to the Crusader clubhouse tonight to help celebrate Liz's birthday. From 8:00 p.m. onward-should be a great do!

Tomorrow we travel to Grimsby for our first ever (in recent times anyway) fixture against their old boys side. The game is confirmed with enough numbers to guarantee a match, and hopefully you "maybes" will turn out as well so we can have spares.

Car pooling at the Burlington clubhouse leaving at 12:15 sharp. Please arrive at the pitch no later than 1:00 for a 1:15 kickoff. Bring both green and yellow jerseys since we just realized we don't know their colours........Directions below

QEW to Casablanca
-Veer right, cross train tracks and take all the way to end at Main Street
-left on Main St and then take first right at Woolverton Rd
-at first stop sign take a right (Ridge Rd) and the clubhouse is about a km on the right.

Cheers

Craig, can you forward to the masses

Our next game is coming up on the 18th in Grimsby [had location wrong, directions below]. We have not traveled well for the last two away fixtures. If we are not committed to travelling to other clubs they will not come to us. For those that did not include their availability in the Cobourg email, please email me. As a reminder we have the East/West game at the Cru on November 1st and the Chambray's at home on November 3rd. [Thanks to Barry Goldberg for securing the lighted soccer field just west of our pitch for the match. See you on the pitch.
