On August 20, 2011 our friend Glen Steen was in an unfortunate cycling accident which required immediate spinal cord surgery and has left him in a quadriplegic state. Glen is a warrior and because of his determined nature and dedication to therapy, he is making gains each day. Check out his blog athttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13702209851322310590 for details on his Road To Recovery! You can also visit his Facebook Page, "G...len's Road To Recovery" for updates on his progress.

After the walk, run, bike, we will be having a BBQ, along with a silent auction that day.
BBQ and auction to follow at 2:00pm.

Martial Arts Canada is hosting this fundraising event to assist with the financial challenges that he and his family are facing during his recovery.

Please mark your calendars and plan to support this event if you can! Invite your friends - we want to spread the word to Glen's rugby, cycling, karate and public health friends and encourage all to participate or sponsor what they can!

REGISTRATION AND SPONSORSHIP FORMS ARE NOW AVAILABLE! THEY WILL BE AVAILABLE AT MARTIAL ARTS CANADA CLASSES.
