Dear Centaurs and friends of "Swifty",
A celebration of Life for Dave will be held on Monday June 27th at 2:00pm at the Burlington Art Center.
The family has asked that in lieu of flowers, donations made to The Carpenters Hospice would be appreciated.
The Burlington Centaurs clubhouse will be open at 7:00 pm on Thursday June 23 for alumni and friends to raise a glass and share memories of the man who did so much for the club and sport he loved.
