NOBS WORLD, FW: Blues home games

Folks, here is an opportunity to take in some high class rugby; not once, but twice.  NOB, Mark Winokur has passed along an email on our Ontario side; The Blues, who have been enjoying a bang up season.  Next Thursday, September 18^th they will be playing in Guelph and then on Sunday, September 21^st they will be playing in Peterborough, following our game with the Krocks.  Just imagine, a national fixture, with us as the opening act.  Get your boots all shined up. 

 

Don’t forget this Sunday in Hamilton against the Silverbacks.  See you on the pitch, Da Thug

Poster attached on the big rugby doubleheader next Thursday night Sept 18.  This is at U of Guelph (full disclosure, I am one of their least distinguished alumni!) Alumni Stadium, university game v RMC at 6 and Ontario v BC at 8 pm.  This should be a great night in a terrific facility and we really need your support!

 

We have just completed our western road trip, smashing Prairie Wolfpack 28-3 on a blustery night in Edmonton, then rolling into North Vancouver 66 hours later and trapping the BC Bears 30-20 (score was 30-3 with 12 to go-I think the trip took its toll).  These were two great performances by our guys under difficult conditions, and a win over BC will mean we can clinch a fourth straight title on Sunday, Sept 21 in Peterborough-where we also hope to see you!

 

We should have most of our national team guys out, so you will get a chance to see players like John Moonlight, Ray Barkwill, Jamie Mackenzie, Lucas Hammond etc. play for the province at a top class venue.
