NOBS WORLD, OCTOBER 4TH 2012, DOME, FINAL FIXTURES.

Good evening rugby fans; where ever you are in the NOBS World.   As I type this, the last Thursday evening out doors is drawing to an end.   Next week we are indoors, but more on that later.

Our final 5 Sundays of the season are now confirmed, with 1 change.

1. Thanksgiving weekend there is no game, but touch is run in Burlington, as it is every Sunday of the year. **Please note, over the next few weekends we will be moving over to the artificial surface from 1pm to 2:30pm.  We'll let you know when we make the switch.
2.  October 10th is our annual game with the Staff College at the Cru.  Kickoff is 6:30, but come early and get ready to go.
3.  October 14th.  This game was originally to be in Burlington.  That game has been cancelled, but when one door closes, another opens.  The GITS are travelling to Peterborough and they have invited us along to bolster their numbers.  They already have a strong crew going there but are still looking  for more.  Ray "Boyo" Hopkin would love to hear from you at rayhopkin@gmail.com  Our man Pablo has already thrown his sombrero in the ring, and has room for a few carpoolers.  He can be reached at pmalacar@msn.com but don't be late.  This is going to be a great fixture.
4.  October 21st it in Brampton against the XL'S.   Can you say "Chuck's Kitchen?"
5.  October 27th, a Saturday morning its on to Markham for a 10:30 kickoff on Cup Day
6.  November 4th it is the end of the season, 4th Annual East / West showdown at the Cru.

So you probably have seen Jack's email on the dome.  We start next week, October the 11th.   This year something new is that we have the dome on Tuesday.  Here's what you need to know.  You snooze, you loose.   If you played last year, you have first priority on playing, but you have to let us know ASAP, or your spot may be given away.  Please read Jack's email.  Don't say you haven't been warned.  Have a happy, safe Thanksgiving, Da Thug
