FW: A Note From The Burnett Family

 

 

 

As you know David was a fine man.  He was a loving and caring husband and father.  He was there for anyone who needed him and helped where he could.

 

He lived life to the fullest, but was taken too soon.

 

We are taking his loss very badly and don't know if we will ever get over it, but as David always said 'life goes on'.

 

We just want to say how grateful and appreciative we are for the overwhelming support we've received from friends far and near and, of course, from the Rugby Club.

 

Rugby was his life, and he would have been honoured and proud with the 'celebration of life' that was given for him.

 

We will continue to live one day at a time and try to live our lives as he would have wished.

 

So, once again, many thanks to everyone for everything.
