Gentlemen, can anyone shed some light on this.  From what I can see from Rolfs letter, we have submitted the forms.  Craig

Hi John, Rolf and Jack, 

 

I would like to follow up on my email that was sent on June 4th.  I have received your cheque for $1659.88 for 17 Master's player registrations (see attached).  I have yet to receive the Rugby Canada Registration forms, therefore these 17 registrations are not approved and these players are currently not covered by insurance. 

 

Can you please advise on these registration forms as soon as possible?
