NOBS News: Wednesday Touch, Jan 27 Club Night

Just a reminder of the Club Night on Friday Jan 27th starting at 7:00.  I am told there will be a Curry buffet available.  There will be a small charge for the event to cover food (not sure the amount yet). 

Please let me know if you will be attending so we can get a head count for food.  If you don't want food, no need to respond.  This is a causal affair, take the opportunity to shake off the winter blues! 

Great attendance at touch again this week.  We will look to extend our stay to the end of March, we will figure out the fee shortly. 

Touch on Sunday's 1:00 outside have been well attended.  Could it be the mild weather, or Rolf's after game snacks?

NOBS News: 6 Nations, Touch, Club Night

Couple of things.

1. For Wednesday night touch please remember to bring a light and dark shirt to make things easier.  8:30 start.

2. Centaurs are presenting the 6-Nation games, see the attached info for details

3. Friday, Jan 27 is a Club Night.  A chance to get out and be social.  There will be some food and drink available.

NOBS News: Wednesday Touch and More

All: It was a great start to our Wednesday touch.  A better than expected turnout! After this week, we will make a decision to continue through to April.  So we are looking for feedback and commitment before making that decision.  All comments welcome.

On Friday Jan 27th we are planning a club night at the Sherwood starting around 7:00.  Expect there to be some nibbles to chew on.  As we are not at the Dome, we thought a social night would be good so we don’t loose track of folks.  So pop by and stay awhile if you want.  This is also a chance to chat about the upcoming 2017 and what we can do better for touch, contact and socially.  The AGM is coming up in February, so any feedback is welcome.

NOBs News: Wednesday Touch - Burloak

It is time to runoff the extra food and drink we all consumed over the holidays!  Touch starts up this week on Wednesday Jan 11, 8:30 to 9:30 at the Burloak Sports Centre.  As it is the first night you may ant to show up a little early to figure out where everything is located.  We are committed to 4-weeks and if all go well we will extend our stay.  

A fee of $40.00 will be charged for the 4-week stint ($10/night).  We will revise costs as we go forward.
