Coaches Meeting 8:30 am - Centaurs Clubhouse
We have attempted where possible to schedule clubs with travel distance later in the morning.
You as parents and volunteers are the lifeblood of developmental Rugby in Ontario - We have tried to ensure accuracy with the schedules, yet are volunteers also. Each team should have a minimum of 3 games scheduled.
Please review your individual clubs schedules and advise if a revision is required. We thank you for your commitment to our game.
We are very pleased to confirm we will have ample food for sale and distribution on the 24th / TIM HORTON's Coffee wil be available for sale from 8:30 am onward.
Each coach and child participant will receive a free concessions coupon for food and drink.
Please ensure you complete and hand in your roster sheets at the coaches meeting.
Note U-12 tackle age categories we have scheduled round robin play in a festival format.
U-12 certified refs will record scores.
There will be no semi-finals or finals.

The club has ample parking on the grounds - We advise that the Public Go Transit Station is the most suitable location for overflow parking should the lots at Sherwood Forest Park be full to capacity. The GO Station parking is a short distance from the fields. Please do not park in residential areas or on park grass.
